We would like to introduce ourselves ASPA PRECISE INSTRUMENTS is a leading manufacturer of Spline plug and Spline ring gauges, Spline Taper mandrels, Serration drifts, Rotolock mandrels, Camlock mandrels, Spline rollers, special fixtures, and measuring equipment/ instruments.
The company was established in the year 2015 after having 20 years experience of in gauges manufacturing in world leader organizations. We have all the employees who have experience in Design, Manufacturing, and Quality assurance to produce and supply quality products to all our valued clients supplying their products to use in the mobility sector like two-wheelers, commercial vehicles, Railways, and Defence industry. We are also supplying to non-mobility sectors like Agree, the construction equipment industry, Windmills, and the Shipping industry.
Brief Highlights Of Manufacturing Process.
We at ASPA deploy state of art manufacturing facilities fully equipped with special-purpose machining and precise grinding machines. To operate special machines qualified and experienced team is appointed to produce consistent quality products. We have also an experienced and qualified team in QC to ensure defect/deviation-free produce must be supplied to our customers to run their production trouble-free. We use all master measuring instruments in carbide so that the wear and tear effect will not appear on our product. Results achieved on our machines are even in DIN3/4 but still, we commit to producing our products in class DIN4/5.We ensure our quality by supplying products with NABL certificates. To have the highest dimensional stability our product passed through “Deep cryogenic” (-190°c) treatment.
